FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How far in advance should I inquire about an Extended Stay?

Availability is limited each season, and Extended Stay accommodations/RV Sites are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage guests to contact our office as early as possible to discuss availability, rates, and reservation options to secure your first choice and preferred dates. 

What amenities are included?

• Full hook-up RV sites or furnished accommodations

• Access to restrooms, showers, laundry, and common areas (e.g., Pavilion, Store)

• Complimentary Wifi 

*Please note we do not include linens in accommodation stays. They can be rented at an additional fee.

Are linens included?

No. Linens are not included with Extended Stay accommodations.

Guests may:

• Bring their own linens and towels, or

• Rent a linen package for a one-time fee of $40, plus $5 per month for the duration of their stay.

Can I stay beyond my original reservation?
Extensions beyond the departure date require management approval. The property may deny extension requests, relocate guests, or require departure based on operational needs or site availability.

When is my first payment due?

Your first month's payment and the refundable $500 security deposit are both due at the time you sign your Extended Stay Agreement. Your reservation is not confirmed until these payments have been received.

When are my future monthly payments due?

Your monthly payments are due on the date specified in your Extended Stay Agreement.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable $500 security deposit is required before your stay begins. After you depart, we'll inspect your site and refund the deposit as long as there is no damage, excessive cleaning, unpaid utility charges, or policy violations.

Will I be charged for electricity?

Yes. All stays of 28 consecutive days or longer are responsible for electricity charges.

Depending on your site/Accommodation, electricity is billed by:

• Actual metered usage, or

• A standard monthly utility billback rate.

Management determines which billing method applies to each site.

Is housekeeping included with my Extended Stay?

No. Daily or weekly housekeeping is not included with Extended Stay reservations. Guests are responsible for keeping their accommodation clean throughout their stay.

Do you offer housekeeping services?

Yes! We offer an optional Light Refresh Service for $35 per visit.

This service includes:

• Trash removal

• Fresh towels

• Dusting

• Vacuuming

• Linen washing (only if you are renting linens from us)

Can I receive mail here?

Regular letter mail cannot be delivered to the property.

Guests may:

• Receive approved packages with management approval.

• Use their site number when shipping approved packages.

Guests may not:

• Use the property as a permanent mailing address.

• Change their driver's license, voter registration, banking, insurance, or other official records to the property address.

If you need regular mail service, we recommend renting a local P.O. Box.

Are There RV Age Requirements?

To help maintain the appearance and quality of our park, RVs must be 10 years old or newer. If your RV is older but well-maintained or has been restored, it may still be permitted with management approval. We love seeing unique and classic RVs — we just ask that they meet our safety and appearance standards.

How many vehicles can I have?

Each extended stay includes:

• 1 registered vehicle

• All vehicles must be operational, licensed, and registered with the office.

Please speak with the front desk if you have additional parking needs.

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! 

For RV guests:

• Dogs stay free.

• Please clean up after your pet.

• Dogs must not create excessive noise or disturb other guests.

• Dogs may not be left unattended if they are likely to bark or cause damage.

For Accommodation Guest:

You may bring your furry friend for a $75 one time fee. (1) dog. 2 dogs will be considered on a case by case basis and at the discretion of management. The dog must be well behaved and follow rules outlined in property policies. 

Failure to follow pet policies may result in additional fees or removal from the property.

Can I install skirting around my RV?

Yes, temporary RV skirting is permitted. Prior approval by management is required.

Skirting must:

• Be temporary and removable.

• Be made of white or black fabric or plastic material.

• Be securely attached.

Wood, hay bales, styrofoam, taping, or permanent structures are not allowed.

Can I build a fence or enclosure?

Permanent fencing is not allowed.

With prior management approval, guests may use an open-top portable dog enclosure (maximum four feet tall) designed specifically for pets.

Can I store items outside?

Please keep your site neat and uncluttered.

The following are not permitted:

• Storage of household furniture outdoors

• Tarps

• Carports

• Washers or dryers

• Pools

• Construction materials

• Excessive decorations or potted plants

• Appliances stored outside

Outdoor furniture intended for camping is welcome.

Can I receive visitors?

Visitors are welcome as long as they respect all property rules. Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of anyone visiting their site.

Can I run a business from my RV/Accommocation?

Remote work is welcome.

However, businesses that create customer traffic, advertise on-site, or disrupt other guests are not permitted.

Can management enter my unit?

Yes. Our management team reserves the right to enter your unit for maintenance inspections and other necessary property-related purposes, in accordance with your stay agreement and applicable law.

For extended stay guests, routine maintenance inspections may be conducted once per month. The scheduled inspection date will be noted on your Extended Stay Agreement.

When are Extended Stay Offered?

We offer Extended Stay options year-round, but availability varies by accommodation type and season.

Extended Stay accommodations are offered September through June, when availability allows. Due to high demand during our peak travel season, extended stays in accommodations are generally not available during the summer months.

Can I book an Extended Stay during the summer?

We have limited Extended Stay availability during the summer for RV sites. If you're interested in staying during peak season, we encourage you to contact our office as early as possible. Availability is limited and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer extended stays in the summer.
