Standard Tent Sites Spacious sites with a sand tent pad, room for your vehicle, picnic table, and fire pit. Great for classic tent camping under the stars.

Premium Tent Sites Elevated sites with breathtaking views of the Collegiate Peaks. Many include water and electric hookups for added convenience (lights, fans, or charging). All sites offer the same outdoor essentials plus unforgettable mountain vistas.

    Early check in and late check out are sometimes available, for a fee, though we are unable to guarantee either prior to the date of arrival.

  • Our reservations are released 12 months out.

  • We have three bathhouses on property. The one attached to our main office building is a binary bathroom with showers and toilets on both sides. Two of our bathhouses are gender neutral, with each bathroom containing its own shower, toilet, and sink. Additionally each of our gender neutral bathrooms has one ADA stall.

    Two of our bathhouses close starting October 1st for winter operations.

  • No pets in glamping tents or the Yurt. Pet-friendly options available in select cabins and tiny homes.
